Float valves are also known as Hydra valves. Float valves are mechanisms developed to convey and prevent the overflow or backflow of water in tanks. Hydra valves make sure that the water being used to refill a tank does not get wasted during the refilling process. They are also essential in the control of water pressure in tanks. As the name suggests, it is an overflow mechanism manufactured from high-quality rust free steel. Two spherical shells are welded together using a special compound so as to produce a fine looking round ball. The already produced float balls become easily floatable in water making them regulate the inflow of water into a closed unit. Since still has a very high resistance to pressure, it cannot easily collapse. The most common type of steel in use for manufacture of the stainless steel valve mechanism is 304 and 316.
